Publications
Designs, produces and distributes printed materials that reinforce New Center’s public image.  Publications include a twice-yearly four-color newsletter and special pieces like the “Changing Face of New Center” and the upcoming “New Center Retail and Restaurant Guide.”  Visit www.newcenter.com/newsletters.htm to view our previous newsletters.

Special Events
Comerica TasteFest, created by NCC in 1989 to draw attention to the growing vitality of New Center, has become one of the region’s premier attractions.  The five-day festival celebrating food, music and the urban scene attracts 400,000 people annually in the days surrounding the Fourth of July.  (Visit www.ComericaTasteFest.com for more information)

New Center partners with other entities or produces by itself, additional special events including gallery openings (Niagara Opening), store openings (Pure D Vinyl), promotional parties (Pure Detroit 313 Party), fundraisers (Swingtime), etc. throughout the year.

Each year, New Center Council produces an Annual Meeting event.  This event, held in different New Center locations throughout New Center, welcomes the local and greater Detroit community to New Center and offers a chance to network and hear about the great things happening in the neighborhood.
