Metro Detroit’s award-winning outdoor summer festival is back! Comerica TasteFest is now Comerica CityFest! With its impressive mix of restaurants, stellar local and national musical acts, boutique retail, fun for kids, extreme park and social gathering spots, Comerica CityFest is a celebration of city life and a fantastic way to spend five days in Detroit’s historic New Center. Comerica CityFest is free and open to the public.

The Comerica CityFest is produced by the New Center Council, Inc. a nonprofit business organization dedicated to the development and management of New Center as a vibrant, diverse and economically healthy district. New Center is the northern anchor of Detroit’s Greater Downtown.

Since 1993, the festival has generated over $1,000,000 in profit that supports NCC initiatives in the areas of public space maintenance, economic development and planning, and youth and charitable programs.
