Have you ever scratched your head and pondered who puts up the holiday lights every year? Have you ever thought to yourself that there is an obvious lack of graffiti, that the grass is always neat and mowed and wow, those flower beds really make me welcome summer? And who is responsible for all of this you ask? The answer to all these questions is New Center Council. New Center Council (NCC) is a nonprofit business organization dedicated to the beneficial development and management of the New Center Area as a vibrant, diverse and economically healthy district, and the northern anchor of Detroit’s Greater Downtown. All activities of NCC are generously supported by businesses in New Center. We are the pro-active leadership organization for the New Center, engaging our Board of Directors, civic and community leaders, and government officials in initiatives that keep this one of the region’s finest office, retail, and residential centers. The Council focuses on four key action areas: We invite you to become a member of New Center Council at the Retail/Restaurant, Friend, Associate or Partner level. Your support will help keep Detroit’s Historic New Center vibrant and allow us to maintain and grow this neighborhood in the way you have come to expect. All you have to do is download and print out the membership application and mail or fax it back. We will invoice you for you dues. New Center is a special place. Be a part of it. Sincerely,
Michael
